We are committed to creating a supportive environment that enables a healthy work-life balance. Our standout initiative that has positively impacted our employees is our remote working policy. Allowing our people with the flexibility to work remotely up to eight days a month has boosted job satisfaction without compromising productivity.

Mubadala gathers and acts on employee feedback through open and anonymous surveys, implementing improvements and new process in response accordingly. In addition, The Human Capital team conducts workshops to directly engage employees in enhancing our HR policies.
The Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority (ECA) is a government entity, based in Abu Dhabi, that supports holistic early childhood development. We do this by developing policies and laws, informing decision-making through research and transforming behavior.
