At the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority (ECA), our vision is clear: every young child thrives in a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment. The Children’s Digital Wellbeing Pact turns this vision into action—uniting technology companies, educators, parents, and policymakers to create age-appropriate, secure, and enriching online experiences for children aged 0–8.
In recognition of the rapidly evolving digital landscape and its potential risks to children's safety and wellbeing, ECA has been working together with the UAE Digital Wellbeing Council on the Children Digital Wellbeing Pact.
The pact, which was officially launched on 12th of February in the World Government Summit, aims to create a safer digital environment for children by addressing 3 main strategic objectives.

The Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority (ECA) is a government entity, based in Abu Dhabi, that supports holistic early childhood development. We do this by developing policies and laws, informing decision-making through research and transforming behavior.
