Description:
In Session 2 we will be continuing our exploration of the bedtime routine. This time we will be building our very own sock monster puppet to play with using objects that we can find around the house. We will find games in tidying up and perhaps witness what happens when we don’t want to/or refuse to go to bed. We will calm things down with some beautiful breathing and relaxation techniques using a sheet or a blanket.
